Specially designed to suit our C channels , the template is a quick and easy put together template that allows the perfect cut for your C channels to fit .
When routing please use a 5-6mm straight bit with the appropriate guide bushing .
Apply double sided tape or hot glue gun to the surface of your template so that it’s firmly fixed to the surface before routing .
make sure the pieces of the template are all aligned to ensure the straightest possible cut . You may need multiple passes so get the right depth for the channel.
This template is a one size and can go up to 1200mm which is our largest channel . For smaller channels rout to the appropriate length within the template
